  Always great atmosphere in this shop and always professionalism at every corner, with great deals both in the shop and on the website. With there trustworthy and reliable staff that they have behind them, I would happily leave my airsoft r.i.f's with them to get fixed are upgraded. Thanks again Thomas and Emma

  Unfortunately now I see why they are cheap, they simply have NO customer service skills from my experience. Ordered an item which was sent on a signed for service, item was 'delivered' but not signed for by any person, simply the building name and no-one has received this parcel in or around my building. Raised this with them, and all they have done is told me to 'ask my postie' and have yet to raise a claim for the item from Royal Mail. Even then I will be without a refund or my item for around 30 days. In summary, cheap, useless company who do not have any idea of what customer service is. WILL NOT use again.
